• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bags of Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings
• Chainsaws (once packaging is opened)
• Any products that have been assembled, used, or installed

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
