This policy outlines our shipping and returns procedures to ensure a seamless experience from our garden to yours.

Shipping Information

We strive to dispatch your order promptly so you can start enjoying your new products without delay.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and some remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchange Promise

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within a 15-day window.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Get Authorization: We will email you a Returns Authorization (RA) number and our returns address.
  3. Pack Securely: Please repackage the item securely in its original, unmarked packaging, ensuring it is unused and unassembled. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package to the address we provided. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be dispatched as soon as we receive the returned product. If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error or a defective product. For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on the following items unless they are received defective:

  • BBQ Fuel & Charcoal (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened bags of Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Chainsaws (for safety reasons once the packaging is opened)
  • Any products that have been assembled, used, or installed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage, and we will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund, including a prepaid return label if necessary.
