Returns Period

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your delivery. All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • BBQ Fuel (charcoal, fuel containers)
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (opened bags)
  • Chainsaws (for safety reasons once packaging is opened)
  • Any products that have been assembled, used, or installed

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. We will email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the Returns Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover return shipping costs. For returns for any other reason, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • If the exchange item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • BBQ Fuel and Charcoal products
  • Opened bags of Compost, Soil or Bark Chippings
  • Chainsaws (once packaging is opened)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or installed

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
